With this belief, the All India Brewers Association (AIBA) has launched Leadership Connect 2026, a nationwide initiative to personally engage with the leadership of India's brewing industry.

It was a privilege to engage with one of AIBA's oldest and most valued member companies, Devans Modern Breweries Ltd, Meetings with long-standing industry leaders are always enriching, offering invaluable perspectives on both the evolution of the sector and the current policy landscape.
Gopal Joshi, Secretary General, All India Brewers Association (#AIBA), met with PREM DEWAN, Chairman & Managing Director, #DeVANS Modern Breweries Ltd., and Ujjwal Dewan as part of AIBA's Leadership Connect 2026.
The discussions covered several important policy and regulatory issues impacting the #beer category, along with AIBA's ongoing advocacy initiatives aimed at fostering a progressive and sustainable policy environment for the brewing sector. With #DeVANS' presence across multiple states, the insights shared on evolving excise policies, market dynamics and regulatory developments were particularly valuable and will further strengthen AIBA's policy advocacy efforts across India.
