Mr. Jaikishan Pati, based in Karnataka, India, is currently the Chairman of All India Brewers Association (AIBA) and is Heading Revenue & Margin Growth at United Breweries Ltd. Earlier he was Heading the Public Policy at United Breweries. Mr. Pati has developed expertise in Economic policy making, Customer insights, Supply Chain Optimization, Tax and Economic analysis, Business strategy, Corporate-relations and Government Affairs. Subject matter expert in State Excise/Alcohol Policy with in-depth knowledge in Spirits and Beer trade and consumer insights.

Mr. Prem Dewan one of the Director of All India Brewers Association (AIBA) Committee Board is the Chairman and Managing Director of Devans Modern Breweries Ltd. joined the company in 1976 and took over the reins of DeVANS in 1982. A B.Com graduate with an LLB, he has been instrumental in the expansion of DeVANS which now has two state of the art breweries in addition to two liquor manufacturing units and seven production tie ups with breweries all over the country for manufacture of beer. He created the iconic GODFATHER beer which has stood the test of time and is now one of India’s leading beers as well as GianChand, the internationally acclaimed and highly awarded single malt. Credited with a no-nonsense approach, he has ingrained the philosophy of innovation and quality-first into the company.
